Kinesiology
Kinesiology, the "science of movement", was developed by George Goodheart in the 1960s. This holistic method combines elements of Chinese medicine and chiropractic to optimise the flow of vital energy in the body. Disruptions in the flow of energy lead to illness, which manifests itself in weakened muscles.
Muscle testing, a central tool of kinesiology, identifies physical, emotional and mental stressors. It measures the reaction of specific muscles to stimuli such as touched body zones, incompatible substances or stressful thoughts. In this way, we test the individual tolerance of environmental influences, substances and emotional stress in order to promote a healthy balance.
