I have been working as a physiotherapist for many years and am intensively involved in kinesiology and the investigation of sleeping and working environments. It has become clear time and again that electrosmog has increased significantly in recent decades and is hardly noticed in everyday life - even though we are constantly surrounded by technical devices.<\/p>

Grounding is a natural state that many people are familiar with from nature, for example when walking barefoot or spending time in the forest. However, this balance is often lacking in everyday office life. In this video, I present a grounding mat that is used at the computer workstation. It is made of conductive material and, in combination with additional earthing, can help to ensure that electrical voltages are not conducted through the body.<\/p>

My categorisation is based on practical experience, measurements at the workplace and observations from daily work with people. I also incorporate findings from studies and ergonomic analyses of VDU workstations.
